As needed, I can treat tension in all vocal structures, from hip symmetry, up through the diaphragm, ribs, upper chest and back, with detailed focus on the neck, throat, jaw and head. Put your best voice forward!

Before Your Session
I really listen. After reviewing your health history and considering your needs and preferences, I customize your session to help you enjoy the best outcome.
During Your Session
Whether you choose a 60, 90 or 120 minute appointment, I spend the entire session time focused on your care and wellbeing. Ample time is scheduled between clients so you’re not rushed.* Just want to relax? I’ll make it happen. Need to relieve pain or movement issues? I’ll select comfortable techniques that best address your problem areas.
After Your Session
If desired, I will follow up with treatment suggestions. Want help in making pain relief last? I can provide self-care guidance and materials, explain my techniques, inform you about the science of pain and the body, and more … as little or as much as you want to know! *Please allow up to 30 minutes extra for health intake and follow-up, plus time to and from your car.
