Travel Area: We provide on-location massage within the city of Frederick ONLY.
What you need to know about on-location massage therapy:
At Home
Note: At-home massage is reserved for those who have mobility issues, such as a broken leg, foot surgery, impaired balance or other relevant medical conditions that make traveling difficult. Due to time constraints, I only provide at-home services as the first or last appointment of the day, which I hope will work for your needs.
Massage in your home offers benefits like no other location. After you receive the many health-promoting gifts of a massage, imagine continuing to relax afterwards with a cup of tea, curled up with a book or magazine, or rejuvenating further with a well-deserved, deeply relaxed nap. If you are recovering from injury, your body will continue to reap the healing rewards while avoiding the jarring discomfort of getting in a car and traveling back home.
I’ll arrive with my massage table, ask questions to determine your needs and tailor the massage to your preferences.

Preparing Your Home:
To ensure a pleasant massage experience, please review the following.
- I’ll need an unobstructed space no smaller than 9′ wide x 12′ long, preferably larger, so that I can move around. If you have more than one room available, choose the one that is quietest.
- The room must be warm enough for you to be comfortable lying still for an hour or more. If you think it might make you uncomfortable, make sure a vent won’t be blowing on you.
- If possible, please keep your pets out of the room. Nothing distracts you from a relaxing massage like a cat suddenly jumping on your stomach, or your dog begging for attention.
- … that is, except your family. Be sure to talk with your loved ones — especially children — beforehand so they know not to interrupt you. If your children are boisterous while they play, you might consider having them play at a friend’s house during your massage.
- Turn off the phone or take it out of the room and, if possible, arrange to have someone else answer it (quietly).
- If you have a stereo and some relaxing music you’d like to play during your massage, feel free. If possible, let me know ahead of time so I don’t bother carrying my sound system.
- If it has snowed or is freezing out, please make sure you’ve shoveled and salted the driveway and a clear path to your door. My table is heavy and off-balancing and if you haven’t adequately shoveled and salted, I may decline to come in at the last-minute (which would make us both sad).
Office / Corporate Massage
Massage is a great way to show your employees you appreciate them! I offer clothed table or chair massage for a pre-arranged fee. In a corporate setting, most people prefer to lie on a table (clothed) when receiving their massage, but I can bring either a chair, table or both. Corporate massage requires a minimum of a four hour commitment.
Rates for Office / Corporate Massage
For a day of corporate massage (roughly 9 hours including setup and breakdown time, a 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks per therapist), the fee is $95/hour + a $45 travel fee per day, per therapist for massage in the city of Frederick.
For a single therapist, a SAMPLE estimated charge for a day of massage would be about $855. Your location and the specifics of your needs may modify this amount.
